Basic Job Functions:
The Material Handling Production Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Communicating effectively with team members to provide pertinent information and keep them informed;
•Support document preparation, data analysis, and generating reports/presentations using Excel and PowerPoint;
•Assist in maintaining production supplies and services through completing scheduling and procurement activities to support;
•Aid with Oracle EBS, quality systems, and ERP functions;
•Support leadership team with timesheet review and payroll processes; and
•Provide assistance in arranging training, interviews, meetings, and events as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
•Associate’s degree or 2 years equivalent work experience in developing and maintaining spreadsheets and reports to support purchasing, timekeeping, and production activities in PowerPoint and Excel
•1 year of time keeping administration experience
•Prior experience coordinating, scheduling, and ordering services and supplies
•High level of proficiency using Microsoft tools for a minimum of 1 year in an administrative role or applicable experience
Preferred Qualifications:
•Prior experience scheduling and ordering supplies and services
•Knowledge of Oracle EBS systems
•Knowledge of quality systems
•Knowledge of ERP systems
