We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our operations, with a particular focus on HSE administration, billing, field ticketing, payroll reconciliation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•

Provide administrative support to the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) team, including document control and compliance tracking.

•

Manage field ticketing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

•

Assist with billing and invoicing; reconcile with field data to ensure alignment.

•

Support payroll reconciliation by reviewing timesheets and project records.

•

Prepare internal reports and assist with data analysis to support decision-making.

•

Maintain organized and up-to-date records for audits and internal reviews.

•

Communicate effectively with field staff, clients, and internal teams.

•

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in administrative processes.

Qualifications & Experience

•

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in the oil & gas or industrial services sector.

•

Strong understanding of HSE practices and documentation is an asset.

•

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with billing and ticketing systems.

•

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

•

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
