Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various heavy equipment and performing drilling tasks on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Driller, you will be responsible for executing drilling operations efficiently while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
•Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
•Perform loader operation, backhoe operation, and grader operation as required.
•Utilize heavy equipment such as water trucks and tankers to support drilling activities.
•Collaborate with team members to build and maintain drilling sites.
•Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
•Dig trenches and holes as needed for various construction projects.
•Follow all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
•Assist in the training of new team members on equipment operation and safety practices.
Skills
•Proven experience in construction site operations, particularly in drilling tasks.
•Proficiency in heavy equipment operation, including Caterpillar machinery.
•Strong knowledge of loader, backhoe, and grader operation techniques.
•Ability to dig effectively while adhering to safety standards.
•Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with other crew members.
•Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
•Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
