Job Description

HITT Contracting is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Data Architecture and Analytics to lead enterprise-wide data strategy, architecture, analytics, engineering, and AI efforts. This is a pivotal leadership role within our Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) team that directly supports the success of our high-priority transformation initiatives—most notably our transition to an integrated digital enterprise, upgrade to a leading cloud-based ERP, and the development of digital capabilities to advance the business and construction industry. Responsibilities

•

Enhance and lead the enterprise data strategy to enable business optimization, agility, innovation and competitive advantage.

•

Develop and manage HITT’s data architecture, platforms and information storage/ delivery mechanisms.

•

Be a trusted business partner, and own the strategic data roadmap supporting transformation, product development and business value generation.

•

Drive delivery of enterprise-wide data integrations supporting transformation initiatives and data products.

•

Oversee integration resilience, scalability, fault-tolerance, monitoring, and master data management.

•

Partner with System Integrators, data and software providers to ensure cohesive and successful execution across all platforms

•

Develop, measure and enforce enterprise data governance, data stewardship, and data quality standards in collaboration with business stakeholders.

•

Build scalable frameworks for managing, securing, and governing enterprise data assets.

•

Solution and lead the development of enterprise analytics/ reports, responsible AI solutions and cutting-edge data products that solve complex business problems, enable operational efficiencies, and deliver competitive advantage.

•

Build trust and credibility with business leaders through the delivery of impactful insights and evolving beyond traditional analytics, dashboarding and reporting.

•

Provide oversight and architecture for custom and SaaS solutions , ensuring integration with Oracle and alignment with enterprise needs.

•

Guide data strategy across emerging platforms including the selection and implementation of a new technologies.

•

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.

•

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across business, data, and application development teams.

•

Bridge traditional and modern technology mindsets by encouraging collaboration, continuous learning and mutual development.

Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

•

10+ years of progressive experience in data architecture, analytics, or engineering, including 5+ years of senior leadership.

•

Proven success implementing enterprise data platforms, strategies, and governance frameworks.

•

Deep experience with enterprise technologies (CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc.), cloud architecture and services (Azure), iPaaS (Boomi), analytics tools (PowerBI) and AI (ML, LLM, NLP, Agents, models, etc.).

•

Strong knowledge of data integration best practices and tools, including experience designing resilient and scalable pipelines.

•

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

•

Passionate leader with a positive, “can-do” mindset with the ability to navigate complex organizational change.
