The Nuclear Company is seeking a visionary and highly innovative Lead Dir, Software Architect to lead the design and development of a cutting-edge internal platform leveraging AI, Blockchain, and IoT technologies within the nuclear energy sector. You will design and build the core architecture of Nuclear OS, ensuring the platform is scalable, modular, and integrates AI, blockchain, and IoT. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our technology landscape and contribute significantly to the advancement of the nuclear industry. This role reports into the Head of Technology.

Estimated Starting Salary Range:

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $198,000 - $228,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
