Job Description
Select Water Solutions’ Director of Integrated Solutions is responsible for developing and executing multi-product solutions across infrastructure, chemistry, and water services. This role is pivotal in aligning the company’s strategic growth initiatives with customer needs, ensuring market expansion, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
As team member of this group, the Director will develop and execute a business strategy focused on securing high-value contracts, support the commercializing and development of infrastructure opportunities, and driving cross-product integration to maximize customer value and company profitability. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, business development skills, and leadership experience to manage relationships with top-tier customers and internal stakeholders.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
•Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
•Develop and implement a long-term strategy for the Integrated Solutions Group, ensuring alignment with corporate revenue and market expansion objectives.
•Identify and commercialize infrastructure assets, including water recycling facilities, pipeline networks, and storage solutions, to drive interconnectivity and efficiency.
•Lead market penetration efforts in key regions (Permian, Rockies/Bakken, East Texas/Northeast, Midcon) by developing multi-product proposals tailored to customer needs.
•Oversee the execution of proof-of-concept projects that demonstrate the value of integrated solutions and position Select Water Solutions as a market leader.
•Spearhead pricing strategy and competitive positioning, ensuring solutions are cost-effective while maintaining high margins.
•Executive Leadership & Team Development
•Build and manage a high-performing team of technical and business development professionals within the Integrated Solutions Group.
•Establish and communicate a clear vision for the group internally and externally.
•Act as a key liaison between product lines (infrastructure, chemistry, and water services) to create integrated solutions that maximize value for customers.
•Develop strong interdepartmental partnerships to ensure a seamless go-to-market strategy and operational alignment.
•Revenue & Market Expansion
•Drive revenue growth by securing multi-year, multi-product agreements with key customers.
•Expand Select Water Solutions’ customer base by targeting new operators and infrastructure owners with integrated service solutions.
•Lead strategic negotiations for large-scale commercial agreements and infrastructure contracts.
•Ensure the group meets or exceeds quarterly and annual revenue targets, with a focus on profitability and scalability.
•Commercialization & Operational Efficiency
•Develop and oversee infrastructure commercialization plans to optimize water recycling, pipeline networks, and connectivity.
•Work closely with operations and engineering teams to improve efficiencies and reduce costs through integrated solutions.
•Leverage data analytics to track KPIs, improve service delivery, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
•10+ years of experience in energy, infrastructure, water management, or related industries.
•Proven experience in business development, infrastructure commercialization, and multi-product strategy execution.
•Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
•Deep understanding of technical solutions, market dynamics, and customer needs in infrastructure, chemistry, and water services.
•Expertise in contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.
•Ability to work cross-functionally with executive leadership, operations, and sales teams to drive integrated solutions.
•Willingness to travel as needed to engage with key customers and oversee project execution.

•This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
•Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
•Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
•Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
•Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
