About the Role

As our Director of Human Resources, you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, enhance employee experience, and drive a high-performance culture. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR technology.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and workforce planning.

•

Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and implement initiatives to enhance retention.

•

Performance Management: Oversee goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee coaching to drive productivity.

•

Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring fair and compliant HR practices.

•

Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to support employee growth.

•

Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitive pay structures and benefits to attract and retain top talent.

•

HR Compliance: Stay ahead of employment laws and regulations, ensuring full organizational compliance.

•

HR Metrics & Reporting: Utilize data to track key HR performance indicators and inform strategic decisions.

•

HR Technology & Systems: Oversee HRIS implementation to optimize HR processes and efficiency.
