Position Summary

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that increase the company's market share and maximize revenues to stay ahead of competitors. The ideal candidate will be a skilled marketing strategist with a passion for developing and implementing unique marketing techniques and business development approaches.

Key Responsibilities

•

Develop and execute marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities and increase market share.

•

Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.

•

Create valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design, and organize the company's publications.

•

Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements.

•

Build strategic partnerships and act as the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients.

•

Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.

•

Market the organization to prospective employees.

•

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

•

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.

•

Proven marketing leadership experience with a track record of success in developing and executing strategic business-to-business marketing initiatives.

•

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage teams, projects, and cross-functional collaboration effectively.

•

Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to speak confidently at conferences, webinars, and industry events.

•

Exceptional writing and publishing skills, with experience crafting content for national publications, blogs, and other marketing channels.

•

Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to optimizing marketing strategies.

•

Expertise in modern marketing techniques, including digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, and online advertising.

•

Proficiency in web development and content management platforms, such as WordPress or similar CMS tools.

•

Experience with web analytics and online advertising tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and related platforms.

Preferred:

•

Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.

•

Industry experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields.
