Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Division Manager with a strong background in manufacturing leadership and a sharp focus on fiscal performance and team development. This individual will oversee the daily operations of our Eden, NC fabrication facility and be directly accountable for operational efficiency, cost control, talent development, and long-term business sustainability. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in manufacturing operations, financial stewardship, and organizational leadership—preferably within the stone or construction materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across all facility departments (fabrication, templating, install, and logistics).

•

Drive fiscal discipline by managing budgets, controlling costs, optimizing resource allocation, and improving profit margins.

•

Oversee and improve financial performance through data-driven decisions and key performance metrics (KPIs).

•

Partner with executive leadership to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term growth strategies.

•

Cultivate a culture of leadership at every level—coaching supervisors and team leads to grow their management capabilities and improve team performance.

•

Implement structured training, development, and succession planning to build a pipeline of future leaders.

•

Ensure operational excellence with a focus on quality control, safety, productivity, and on-time delivery.

•

Lead production planning, workforce scheduling, and capacity management to meet project and financial targets.

•

Ensure all operations comply with OSHA and industry safety standards.

•

Identify, analyze, and resolve process inefficiencies and workforce challenges through continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

•

5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

•

Demonstrated ability to lead operations with strong financial oversight and cost management.

•

Proven leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.

•

Experience with granite or stone fabrication is highly preferred.

•

Strong understanding of production workflows, scheduling, and resource optimization.

•

Proficiency in financial reporting, KPI tracking, and budget accountability.

•

Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend or after-hours work may be required based on production needs.
