Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver & Laborer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in operating dump trucks and other heavy equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of materials to and from residential & commercial properties as well as working out in the field.

Responsibilities
•
Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, sand, mulch & debris to and from.
•
Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials while adhering to all safety regulations.
•
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
•
Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and site operations.
•
Assist with loader operation when necessary, including loading materials into the dump truck.
•
Maintain accurate records of material deliveries and vehicle maintenance logs.
•
Follow all company policies and safety protocols while on the job site.
•
Perform basic maintenance on the truck as needed, including checking fluid levels and tire pressure.
•
Being able to lift heavy material and use your hands
•
Equal parts of labor & driving
Qualifications
•
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
•
Proven experience operating dump trucks and heavy equipment in a construction environment.
•
Ability to operate loaders and perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment.
•
Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
•
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
•
1 year + of landscape experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
