Position Overview

Kiewit is seeking an experienced Grading Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both business operations and project engineering, with a heavy emphasis on project management. This role requires expertise in grading and equipment operations, leadership in construction projects, and a hands-on approach to managing grading crews, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Current project locations include Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, and surrounding areas.

Kiewit's South Central District plays a key role in constructing infrastructure projects across the United States. We specialize in highway and heavy civil construction, including grading, excavation, trenching, bridge construction, concrete, asphalt paving, and more. Location

This position requires mobilization from project to project across the South Central Region. Assignments will be determined closer to the start date. Candidates must be willing to travel and relocate as business needs dictate. Current project locations include Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, and surrounding areas.
