IntegrityOne Solutions is a major provider and installer of Commercial Doors and Hardware all over the state of Texas. We also provide toilet partitions and accessories for restrooms. We have 4-4 people installation crews at different worksites at all times. We are a professional company with a casual working environment.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As a Estimator, you will be gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications and other required documents to bid against other companies for Division 8 and Division 10 projects.

Duties:

- Maintain contact and relationships with many General Contactors

- Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

- Maintain a cost database by entering and backing up data, preparing estimates, and assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.

- Draft and negotiate contracts for upcoming projects.

- Facilitate staff and project activity meetings to analyze job costs and schedules.

- Basic office equipment knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

- Proven experience as an Estimator, with a track record of sales

- Knowledge of estimating methodologies, tools, and techniques

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with other estimators and contractors at all levels

- Knowledge of commercial doors and hardware a huge plus.
