Summary
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at Strech Construction, LLC. This role is essential for maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities, contributing directly to our mission of providing top-notch remodeling services. The position is based in the United States.
Responsibilities
•
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
•
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
•
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, utilizing tools such as volt/ohm meters.
•
Perform routine preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
•
Provide training to staff on proper equipment use and maintenance procedures.
•
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
•
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
•
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations during all maintenance activities.
•
Manage inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for equipment servicing.
•
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and tools.
Requirements
•
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, specifically with coffee equipment.
•
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
•
Ability to read technical manuals, and schematics.
•
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
•
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
•
Use of personal vehicle required
•
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
•
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
