Position Summary

Deliver best in class thinking and service to the oil and gas, marine, and energy markets through listening, applying intelligence and responding. Every time. The Field Service Department is responsible for driving aftermarket service revenue and cultivating strong client relationships by providing exceptional startup, maintenance, retrofit, and engineering servicesto our clients. The overall objective of this position isto provide both proactive and reactive service excellence to clients through customer‐focused communication, technical expertise, and preventative maintenance in a manner that reflects our company brand. Consistent and accurate modeling and representing of the Point Eight Power brand, mission, vision, values and organizational strategy are essential to achieving the goals of the organization.
