We are an Condominium/HOA Association Management Company seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to join our growing fun team in a fast-paced office!
FULL-TIME HOURS
•
Monday through Thursday, 8:30AM-5PM with a 30-minute lunch
•
Friday, 8:30AM-4PM with a 30-minute lunch
•
NO Nights!
•
NO Weekends!

RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Greet clients
•
Answer multiline phone system
•
Support team members
•
Follow directives
•
Respond to a high volume of emails and customer queries in a timely manner
•
Filing, faxing, copying, mailing, etc.
•
Excellent verbal communication skills
•
Excellent writing skills
•
Excellent computer skills
•
Attention to detail
•
Ability to multitask
