What You'll Do

•

First point of contact in the office - directs deliveries and manage sign-in log

•

Accepts front desk deliveries and distributes to appropriate department

•

Provide general support to visitors, direct customers and deliveries

•

Perform general administrative duties: answer phone calls and emails, utilize department calendar, distribute mail, and order supplies

•

Bring in the mail, sort and deliver to appropriate individuals

•

Order business cards and envelopes as needed through CMC store

•

Check both break areas for needed restocking of coffee supplies.

•

Maintain mail station, break area and conference rooms to include housekeeping and ordering supplies, shipping requests

•

Manage inventory supplies

•

Pulls paid invoices from AP files, stamps with payment information and then files in the AP paid folders in back office.

•

Perform Accounts Payable tasks such as creating purchase orders, submitting invoices for payment, and reconciling

•

Knowledge of administrative/clerical procedures and systems. Word processing, managing files/records, and other office terminology

•

Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

What You'll Need

•

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field

•

Able to take direction and complete tasks with minimum supervision

•

Driven individual with honesty and integrity

•

Able to communicate, verbally and written, with operators, supervisors, maintenance, suppliers, management, and plant support staff

•

Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with excellent strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Your Education

•

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
