Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of cybersecurity and compliance? Join our team as a Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) Analyst I and become a key player in ensuring our organization's adherence to NERC CIP standards and other critical governance frameworks.

The Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) Analyst I will collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor processes and tasks supporting adherence to NERC CIP standards and other governance frameworks. The GRC Analyst will support the growth and maturation of compliance programs while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements and principles are ingrained into operational practices. The GRC Analyst will perform routine tasks, analyze exceptions to processes and help drive process improvements to ensure compliance is maintained on an ongoing basis.

This position offers a blend of working from home in the Madison, WI or Cedar Rapids, IA office. The successful candidate must reside in either Iowa or Wisconsin.

What you will do* Gains a working knowledge of policy, procedure, and standards to maintain corporate compliance with mandated regulations, particularly regulations associated with cyber security.

Education Requirements* Bachelor's Degree Compliance, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Physical Security, or Business Analysis Preferred

Required Experience* 1 year minimum of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities* Demonstrated ability to use computer software programs (e.g., e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and project management).

Pay Range:

$63,000-$70,000

This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
