Health & Safety Senior Advisor

What You Can Expect

As our Health and Safety Senior Advisor you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Health and Safety programs for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team, partnering with other Business Entities and Operating Companies’ and Health and Safety (H&S) staff to influence an organizational culture that leads to an injury free working environment. Every day you will support safety excellence through engaging with plant staff and leadership, incident review, safety trend tracking, and providing training and guidance. You will report to the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) & IPOS Director and assist in development and implementation of a H&S Management System that encompasses standards of excellence, programs, policies, procedures and processes for ENGIE Energy Solutions (ES) North America.

Compensation

Salary Range: $113,900 – $174,570 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
