Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oil Supervisor to oversee and manage oil operations within the Downstream Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of oil refining processes, safety protocols, and operational procedures. The Oil Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to a team of oil technicians and ensure all activities are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day oil operations, including refining, blending, storage, and distribution.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of oil technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Develop and implement operational procedures, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to schedule and prioritize equipment maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze consumption patterns, and coordinate procurement of necessary supplies and materials.
- Train and mentor oil technicians, promoting their professional development and ensuring a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements, and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, sales, and quality control, to optimize overall operational performance.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of oil operations, including production figures, quality control tests, and maintenance logs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working in oil operations, preferably within the Downstream Oil & Gas industry.
- In-depth knowledge of oil refining processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using industry-specific software and computer systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs and work schedules.

Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in oil operations or safety protocols are highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is a plus.
