Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with proven healthcare experience to take full ownership of assigned projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

•

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects in the healthcare and government sectors.

•

Oversee project budgets, schedules, submittals, procurement, and subcontractor performance.

•

Manage project documentation and workflow using Procore, ensuring real-time updates and reporting.

•

Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field personnel to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.

•

Negotiate subcontracts, track change orders, and review pay applications.

•

Conduct regular jobsite visits and inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality.

•

Prepare and present project status updates and financial reports to stakeholders.

•

Ensure strict adherence to contract requirements, building codes, and compliance standards.

•

Support and mentor assistant project managers and field staff.

Qualifications

•

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (healthcare/government experience preferred).

•

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

•

Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction management software.

•

Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and permitting processes.

•

Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities with a focus on team collaboration.

•

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

•

Ability to travel to project sites and manage multiple jobs concurrently.

•

OSHA certification and valid driver’s license are preferred.
