WGL - HR Compliance Lead
Join WGL as our HR Compliance Lead and play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations across the US and Canada meet the highest legal standards and internal policies. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage cutting-edge compliance programs, conduct thorough audits, and proactively address any non-compliance issues. You'll be at the forefront, leading initiatives and implementing innovative solutions to keep our company ahead of the curve.
You Will:* Create and manage effective compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policiesYou Have:* 7+ years of proven experience as a Compliance Lead or similar role, preferably in a multi-state/country company
We offer a competitive salary range of $113,000 to $164,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
