Your responsibilities

The HR Technology and Operations Director is a strategic leadership position responsible for the overall management and evolution of the HR systems and processes. This pivotal role will lead a team that supports daily HR transactions across a diverse set of business units across the United States and Canada, ensuring stability and efficiency in operations. The Director will identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to streamline processes, boost productivity, and ensure alignment with the latest HR practices. This role will ensure data integrations to various third parties are accurate, efficient and timely. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, operational management skills, and a deep understanding of HR functions to ensure the seamless integration and optimization of HR technologies and operations.
