As the Human Resources Manager for manufacturing plant, you will drive initiatives related to organization and management team effectiveness, organization design and implementation of HR processes and systems across the site! You will be a strategic partner that will lead and engage with our employees to make their maximum contribution. In addition, you will provide HR support and leadership and employee facility. This is a working manager role with the opportunity to work directly with the local employee population and partner strategically with leadership. Reporting to the HR Director.

The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 - $154,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentive.
