CoolToday is currently seeking an HVAC Field Trainer to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our HVAC Field Trainers are tasked with training new HVAC technicians in the field from job start to completion, contract management, quality control, identify training opportunities to further educate staff and keep compliance with HVAC codes while adhering to safety regulations.
