You have completed a High School diploma or its equivalent plus 4 years of relevant experience. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. Alternatively, you have obtained a high school diploma or its equivalent plus a training certification/degree (generally a 2-year program) plus 2 years’ experience. You are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

As an Instrument Technician in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include performing scheduled instrument calibration procedures. Maintain standard, specialized, and state of the art laboratory analysis equipment. Diagnose and repair control systems. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

Your Total Rewards Package

The starting rate for this position is $51.97 per hour. After a successfully completed introductory period the pay increases to $54.70 per hour and may also include annual incentives and benefits.
