Property and Casualty Licensed and billingual Spanish speaker preferred but not necessary.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Sales Professional who enjoys working in a fast paced, competetive environment with unlimited earning potential. Insurance Sales Professional will operate with Don McGill Insurance Group,a full-service insurance agency located within the Toyota dealership to help customers assess their insurance portfolio and ensure they obtain the protection they are seeking. Ideal Candidates will be high-energy, customer-focused, and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales driven environment.

Benefits

This is a full-time permanent position including an hourly base pay + commission/bonus + benefits. 5 day work week Monday - Saturday (40hours)

Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Establish individual and team sales goals. Coach/mentor team members to achieve goals. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Previous LSP experience preferred but not necessary.

Proven ability to achieve goals and objectives.

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.

Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
