As an IT Business Systems Analyst IV, you will act as a liaison between IT and the business to ensure an understanding of business requirements when crafting and implementing new IT systems and improving existing systems. You will optimize IT & OT Asset Management (ITAM & OTAM) processes by defining roles and responsibilities, establishing and ensuring adherence to processes. Additionally, you will lead transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and cost savings. You will influence teams, advocate for change, and guide stakeholders through continuous prioritization and business optimization daily.

, Responsible for defining business requirements, translating business requirements to technical requirements, interfacing with development teams and managing the development process. Additionally, the role will be responsible for administration of a number of department's key systems and will provide end user support, maintenance and application configuration. The goal of this position is to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into IT delivery and that users are highly supported.
