Responsibilities
•Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
•Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
•Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
•Assist with the set up and onboarding of new employees by setting up proper accounts, and deploying workstations
•Walk customers through problem solving process
•Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
•Troubleshoot tickets as they come in
•Travel to various local job sites to ensure operations are running as they should be
•Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
•Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
•Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
Skills and Requirements
•Proven working experience in providing help desk support preferred
•Working knowledge of help desk software, and remote troubleshooting tools
•Strong client-facing and communication skills
•Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
•2 or 4 year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
•This is an in-office position, not remote
