Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our landscaping and groundskeeping projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape maintenance, lawn care, and tree care. This role requires a proactive approach to managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards while maintaining effective communication with team members and clients.
Duties
•Lead and supervise landscaping projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
•Coordinate with team members on tasks related to garden maintenance, groundskeeping, and landscape design.
•Develop project plans that include timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments.
•Oversee irrigation systems installation and maintenance to ensure optimal plant health.
•Maintain accurate records of project progress, including materials used and labor hours.
•Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and safety compliance.
•Provide training and support to team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and tree care.
•Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, expectations, and any changes in scope.
Position is located out of office located at Jones and Elkhorn and Speedway office.
•Position reports directly to Hector Mardueno.
•Expected to generate and convert Sales Leads.
•Expected to collaborate on an ongoing basis with Stonewall Creek Construction Team and on call to ensure company expectations are consistently met around communication & reporting of Department performance, quality of work produced, job profitability & logistics.
•Expected to communicate directly with the customer throughout the entire sales experience following Stonewall Creek standards.
•Expected to be on the job and leading the build crew 75% of the time on average. The other 25% will be in phone sales, sales lead organization/reporting/follow up and logistics.
•overtime or project onsite support is a requirement of the position during designated busy months. This position is salaried exempt with Spring/Summer minimum hour expectation of 50 hours per week/or to meet the needs of the business.
•Base Annual Salary of $58,500
Guaranteed 1st year 2.5% Commission on the 1st $500,000 in completed job sales = $12,500
2.5% commission on all sales revenue (completed jobs) thereafter
Example salary based on $1,500,000 in completed job sales revenue:
$58,500 base + $37,500 commission = $96,000
