SUMMARY:
It is a Production Manager’s role to take ownership of field operations, taking initiative in the overall production success of projects, and carry out their tasks with excellence. With the combined efforts of the Project Manager, the Production Manager will support the CPO to provide field teams with all necessary tools and resources to win - materials, equipment, sub-contractors, and labor schedules. The position will be held accountable to ensure all production is profitable while maintaining world class customer service with clients. Your leadership will aid in the vision set out by the executive team and lead to greater profitability and impact.
SALARY/BENEFITS:
$75,000-$95,000 D.O.E.
Bonus: Up to 10% of Salary, based on company profit goal minimums and performance
401K - 4% Match, After 12 mo.
Health Insurance: 50% or up to $200 of employee premium, After 60 days
Company Phone - Lost or broken, replaced by employee
10 Days, Paid Time Off (Accrue one extra day per year, up to 15 days), After 90 days
3 Personal Days

Client Relations
•Schedule: Overall schedule (gantt chart), Weekly Report to Clients

•Safety Program Tailgates
•Aspire (schedule crews/approve time)

•Share daily/weekly labor goals with Foreman
•Daily EOD updates to Project Manager/CPO
Materials
•Coordinate Orders with Project Manager

As-Built drawing build out
Test/Data collection of production rates

ACCOUNTABILITY (MEASUREMENT OF HOW TO WIN):
•Ownership/Management of projects, operate as autonomously as possible
•Projects are prepared well in advanced to insure smooth production
•Job Box updated throughout job to include current plan sets
•Construction project schedules are optimized for production and profitability
•Labor hours coded and job costed accurately
•All project profit margins are tracked, communicated to team, and achieved or ultimately beaten
•Scheduled milestones are met
•Annual production goal is achieved in order to meet net profit goals
SCHEDULE:
•Monday-Friday: 7:00AM-5:00PM [9 Hours X 5 Days = 45 Hours]
•Typically, 80% of time spent in the field, 20% in the office
•Personal Appointments made during lunch break or outside of work hours
•Saturday work checking in on crews when crews are working
•Time off requests made 4 weeks in advance (busy seasons may not allow for time off requests to be granted)
ATTITUDE:
•Non-work phone calls, texts, etc. to a minimum
•No social media during work hours
•Be on time [5 Min early]
