Lead Dispatcher

Jones Advisors HR Consulting is conducting a search for a driven to succeed, Lead Dispatcher, on behalf of our client, Element Service Group.

Element Service Group provides top quality HVAC maintenance, repairs, and system replacements. They are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to manage a range of administrative responsibilities. The roll will require proficiency with scheduling software such as ServiceTitan, creating estimates, creating technician schedules, and ensuring the efficiency and timely completion of various administrative task. This position is frequently performed inside a temperature-controlled office building. The level of noise varies in this face-paced work environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, bend, stretch, and walk. Vision requirements include reading a computer monitor, peripheral vision, and color vision. Must regularly be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
