Job Description

X-energy, LLC is seeking experienced professionals to join our Development Testing team in the role of Lead, Testing. This position provides technical leadership and management support for nuclear technology advancement and testing. This includes directing and mentoring the work of individual contributors on the team, supporting the management of resource and organizational needs of the test engineering team, and assisting with the coordination with system engineers to identify required testing, plan the necessary test program(s), supervise test execution and evaluation, and communicate results throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:* Develop and enact standard processes and best practices associated with technology maturation, test planning and execution.

Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or nuclear engineering or related discipline from an accredited university or college.

Work Site Expectations : 5 days a week in office Travel: 10% Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri Compensation
