Job Summary:

Heglar Creek is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and results-driven individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven track record of success in social media management, paid advertising, and content creation.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

•

Manage and execute paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Threads) based on company needs and budget.

•

Digital Marketing:

•

Manage and maintain company websites.

•

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.

•

Monitor and analyze the performance of current marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

•

Oversee and optimize local search results and Google Business Profile.

•

Customer Relationship Management:

•

Manage and respond to customer reviews on various platforms.

•

Manage and optimize marketing platforms, focusing on guaranteed impressions and profile optimization.

•

Send monthly review requests to customers across all service areas (Homes, Gemstone, Plumbing).

•

Creative Content Creation:

•

Design and create engaging flyers for current promotions.

•

Take high-quality photos for social media and website use.

•

Regularly update website scrolling galleries with new images.

•

Budget Management:

•

Manage the yearly marketing budget effectively and efficiently.

•

Community Outreach:

•

Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for community outreach.

•

Collaboration:

•

Attend monthly meetings to discuss marketing strategies, campaign performance, and overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

•

1+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.

•

Proven experience in managing and executing successful social media campaigns.

•

Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing principles.

•

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (CMS).

•

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•

Passion for marketing and a strong understanding of industry trends.
