Marketing Manager & Networker

Splash Pad Pool Builder is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts. The primary role of the Marketing Manager is to support the sales department in marketing strategy and execution of programs designed to drive qualified traffic and generate brand awareness and leads. This role will have a strong skill in focusing on optimizing ROI of all marketing offline and online.

· Attend local area events to maximize networking while promoting brand. Attending Chamber of Commerce, Dallas Builder Association and multiple city ribbon cuttings.

Assist with the development and distribution of email marketing campaigns; construct, distribute, analyze all email marketing communications (MailChimp preferred)

· Website editing, and modification as needed. Routine changes, design, content and promotional changes

· Graphic design skills to assist in the development of marketing collateral (Illustrator, Photoshop)

· Craft social content across channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (and new channels), TikTok and includes photography, copywriting, video creation, Editing and design (as needed)

· Develop strong working relationships with key internal partners to better align the digital strategy with all business channels.

· Collects and analyzes information on competitor sales, product and incentive programs to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace

· Works with sales for outreach/referral programs

· Film footage and edit for social channels

· Coordinates with sales coordinator on showroom displays and uniforms to be consistent with brand compliance

· Coordinates photography and videography

· develop and run sponsored booths at local community events and golf tournaments.

· Order all marketing collateral

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising or English

· 6-8 years marketing experience

· Homebuilding, Landscaping or Pool Building experience a plus

· GSuite Savvy

· Experience with Illustrator/Photoshop

· Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines

· Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Content development including creative and copy experience a plus

· Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
