Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a people person with a positive attitude, eager to learn, and confident on the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Answer incoming phone calls with a warm, professional demeanor

•

Greet clients and vendors when they visit the office

•

Assist with scheduling, customer follow-ups, and job confirmations

•

Handle administrative duties such as filing, scanning, email communication, and data entry

•

Help manage customer accounts, service tickets, and project updates

•

Support team members with various office-related tasks and organization

•

Use company software (training provided) to manage workflows and communications

Qualifications:

•

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

•

Friendly and confident phone voice

•

Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and approaches

•

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

•

Proficiency with email, Google Workspace (or Microsoft Office), and basic computer use

•

Prior experience in office administration or customer service is a plus, but not required

•

Accounts Receivable and Invoicing Experience is a plus
