Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. This role is crucial in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to both staff and customers. Duties
•
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
•
Oversee administrative tasks and maintaining organized records.
•
Oversee all fleet management and vehicle maintenance
•
Handle all violations from NYC as needed
•
Administer insurance, loss runs, and workers compensation
•
Manage office needs in addition to facility management.
•
Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and appointments to optimize workflow.
•
Train and supervise administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
•
Implement office management best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
•
Work with outsourced IT to handle all of the office and field needs.
Skills
•
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in documentation.
•
Ability to file documents systematically and maintain an organized filing system.
•
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in various office software applications.
•
Exceptional customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Demonstrated experience in office management practices and procedures.
