This is a hybrid role that blends field work, warehouse coordination, in-office collaboration, and remote flexibility. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day solar operations: permitting, site surveys, interconnection, installations, and service calls.

• Work in the field, in the warehouse, in-office, and remotely from home—this role is hands-on and flexible.

• Coordinate design teams, project managers, field crews, and external partners to keep jobs on track.

• Monitor timelines, manage schedules, and track progress using CRM and project management tools.

• Maintain high standards of installation quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

• Report directly to senior leadership and help drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in solar or construction operations.

• Strong working knowledge of Illinois permitting and utility interconnection.

• Confident using CRM/project management software (Go High Level, Acculynx, or similar).

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

• Willing and able to work in multiple environments (field, warehouse, office, home).

• Must reside in Illinois and be able to travel regionally.

• Spanish-speaking a plus.
