Job Overview

TCH is currently looking for an Outside Sales person to call on end user accounts in the state of Arizona. This position will be responsible for meeting new and existing TCH customers, uncovering their business needs and providing solutions that TCH can meet using our portfolio of products and services. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, quality service, product and industry knowledge, and providing a superior customer experience. This role is base salary plus commission. Our commission program does not have a ceiling; therefore, allowing employees to drive their earning potential. The program has bonuses built in for reaching different levels of performance.

Working Conditions

Office environment involving extended periods of computer work and sitting. Includes driving to customer sites that might be outdoors, so temperatures may factor in on a daily basis.
