As a key face of PIR, you’ll be on the front lines—building lasting client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering strategic sales wins. If you love autonomy, are highly motivated, and have a knack for developing trust with decision-makers, we want to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing:
•Drive new business by identifying and pursuing high-potential leads.
•Travel across your territory to build relationships with clients on-site.
•Confidently present PIR’s suite of industry-leading services and close the deal.
•Monitor competitor activity and emerging projects in your region.
•Serve as a trusted point of contact, delivering exceptional client service.
•Work collaboratively with internal teams to align strategy and execution.
•Keep CRM data clean and up to date with sales metrics, client interactions, and opportunities.
•Represent PIR at trade shows, expos, and industry events.
What You Bring to the Table:
•5+ years of successful experience in outside sales (pipeline or industrial services preferred).
•Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
•Willingness to travel extensively across your assigned region.
•Comfortable using CRM and sales reporting tools.
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
•Experience in Cathodic Protection Services or pipeline maintenance is a major plus.
