Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Pest Control Technicians. No prior pest control experience is required – we provide comprehensive paid training for up to 30 days! Upon successful completion of training, you will be assigned your own service route within the NYC metro, Long Island, or North/Central New Jersey areas. Your responsibilities will include inspecting client properties, identifying pest issues, determining the appropriate treatment plan according to our established protocols, applying treatments safely and effectively, and communicating with clients professionally. You will be the face of Liberty Pest Control on the ground, delivering essential services that protect health and property. Day and overnight positions are available.

Requirements

No pest control experience required; willingness to learn and complete our paid training program is essential.

•

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are mandatory.

•

Good communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and explaining services/findings.

•

Ability to work independently and manage your assigned route effectively.

•

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for identifying and treating pest issues.

•

Physical capability to perform job duties, which may include lifting, kneeling, bending, and working in various environments.

•

Commitment to following safety procedures and company protocols meticulously.

•

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

•

Must possess a professional attitude and be dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

•

Quarterly evaluations provide opportunities for performance-based pay increases and bonuses. Full-time positions available (Day or Overnight shifts).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
