Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe environment for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of pest management techniques and the ability to operate various tools and machinery effectively.

Duties

•

Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.

•

Apply appropriate pest control methods, including chemical treatments and traps, in compliance with safety regulations.

•

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as necessary for pest management tasks.

•

Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on pest prevention and treatment options.

•

Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and recommendations made.

•

Collaborate with the team to develop effective pest control strategies tailored to individual client needs.

•

Drive to various job sites while adhering to all safety protocols.

Experience

•

Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required.

•

Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, or farming practices is a plus.

•

Strong skills in sales are beneficial for promoting additional services to clients.

•

Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.

•

Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
