In your capacity as the Product Support Professional you are responsible for:
•Coordinating rental equipment once orders are received from our sales team
•Helping prepare and maintain rental agreements
•Maintaining accurate inventory of equipment - locations, readiness status, etc.
•Assisting sales team in preparing sales quotes
•Directing in-house calls to the appropriate sales professional
•Working closely with third party vendors
•Troubleshooting existing and potential equipment problems
•Selecting and designating equipment for rental contracts
•Coordinating purchase orders for third-party equipment
•Maintaining accurate yard inventories
•Monitoring and scheduling of servicing and repairs for fleet trucks
•Making service calls when activity comes up to service unit
•Making work orders so mechanics are aware of required labor
•Creating the service invoices from the mechanics time sheets and the returned work orders after the service is completed
•Creating an activity to record when the next service is due
•Emailing the invoices to the correct contacts to have them authorized so the invoices can either be sent in for payment, or entered onto the correct payment website for payment
•Following up to make sure the invoices are being paid
•Keeping the service tracking spreadsheet up to date
In addition, in your capacity as a Product Support Professional you will:
•Possess electrical knowledge and be comfortable operating in a sales environment, helping navigate our team and our clients
•Use your technical knowledge to work closely with our Sales Professionals to support them as they build the trust of our clients, addressing their technical questions and concerns
•Possess mechanical and electrical aptitude to be able to properly size equipment to meet the particular needs of each client on a case-by-case basis
•Quickly troubleshoot electrical failures and identify replacement parts where production time is frequently affected
Only an individual with a Electrician Journeyman Certificate will be considered.
