Production Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to oversee our daily field operations. This role is responsible for leading installation teams, managing project execution, and ensuring high-quality results. If you have a background in construction or field operations and excel in team leadership and logistics, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

· Lead, coach, and supervise installation crews on a daily basis

· Manage project schedules and coordinate job site readiness

· Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards

· Oversee equipment and materials management

· Maintain effective communication with clients and internal departments

· Conduct on-site inspections and implement process improvements

· Provide onboarding and ongoing training to team members

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent (required)

· 3+ years of experience in production, construction, or field operations management

· Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills

· Ability to multitask and make real-time decisions under pressure

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)

· Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or a valid U.S. passport for air travel
