Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the management and coordination of electrical industrial construction projects. This position involves overseeing multiple trades, ensuring all activities are in line with project plans, and facilitating collaboration across the team. The coordinator will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation, and be comfortable managing the logistical and technical aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Coordinate and oversee various electrical and construction trades to ensure seamless project execution.

•

Assist in the preparation and review of electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

•

Monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.

•

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and implement changes as needed.

•

Ensure that all work complies with safety standards, quality control protocols, and relevant regulatory requirements.

•

Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFI (Requests for Information), progress reports, and technical drawings.

•

Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and team members to provide status updates and address any challenges.

Qualifications:

•

5+ years of experience in electrical construction or industrial project coordination.

•

Strong understanding of electrical schematics, technical drawings, and blueprint reading.

•

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

•

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and trades.

•

Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

•

Project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is a plus.

•

Experience in managing budgets and procurement processes.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
