Full-Time | Field-Based (Madison, Milwaukee, Fox Valley) $55,000 Base + Performance Bonus ($69,000 OTE) + Benefits Location: Waukesha, WI | Travel Required Within Assigned Region

The Role

We’re hiring a Project Manager (PM) who thrives in the field, leads with confidence, and is obsessed with execution. This isn’t a clipboard role — it’s hands-on, boots-on-the-ground, and central to every roof we replace.

As a PM, you’ll lead subcontractor crews, communicate with homeowners, uphold safety standards, enforce quality control, and ensure that no detail is overlooked. You’ll need to navigate job documentation, scheduling tools, and workflow systems to stay ahead of issues and deliver a five-star experience — even on the toughest days.
