General Summary
The Project Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Management Team as well as the Environmental Compliance Manager at True North Energy Solutions. The Project Support Coordinator will work closely with the Project Managers, Environmental Compliance Manager, Customers, Testing Companies, and Service Department. Emphasis is placed on organization, communication, consistency, teamwork, positive work attitude, excellent customer service and maintaining exceptional record keeping for our customers. Project Support Coordinator reports directly to the Accounting Manager.
Essential Functions of the Job
•Maintain record keeping of monthly environmental inspections (performed by Environmental Technician)
•Communicate with customers and testing companies on site repair issues, required testing, invoicing.
•Communicate with TNES service department any required or approved repairs.
•Assist in maintaining record of unresolved issues for TNES customers.
•Updating and maintaining the environmental customer spreadsheet, assuring no testing or retesting is missed
•Assist customers and maintain proper record keeping and certificate renewals (UST Certificates, Pump Registrations, GA EPD Form 7530, etc.)
•Build/Create projects in Microsoft GP under the customer account for approved jobs
•Assist in building proposals for the project managers
•Assist in modifying existing scope of work for vendors per job/location
•Assist in tracking progress of each job and notifying customers/vendors
•Track all costs that are to be allocated to a job for billing/invoicing
•Assist with project billing
•Track and file UST warranty for new tank installs
Education and Experience: No degree requirements. Any equivalent of training desired, which provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities. 2 years of experience desired.

•Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).
•Organizational skills (able to maintain office records, attention to detail)
