The Mayflower 16-story high rise building in Virginia Beach is looking for a dedicated, experienced and passionate Property manage, with competitive pay rate.
Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
•
Handle and collect leases, rent and other property fees from residential and commercial tenants
•
Pay property expenses, including taxes, mortgages, payroll, insurance premiums and maintenance costs
•
Report the property’s financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
•
Meet potential tenants, tour the property, screen and assess their applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws
•
Advertise vacant properties in coordination with the Marketing department
•
Screen, hire, on board and train leasing agents
•
Inspect the premises and arranging for repairs and new materials as required in coordination with the Head of Maintenance
•
Arrange contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate, in coordination with the Head of Maintenance
•
Investigate and resolve property complaints and occupancy violations and evictions
•
Support front desk and other departments as needed
Requirements of the Property Manager:
•
Leasing Experience
•
Employee management experience
•
7+ years Property Management
•
Valid Drivers License
•
Computer skills
•
Verbal and written communication skills
