Overview :Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical recruiting and demonstrate excellent communication and relationship management skills. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the hiring needs of our organization. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and driving the success of our company.

Responsibilities : Recruiter

•

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

•

Utilize various sourcing methods, including lead generation and research, to identify potential candidates.

•

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.

•

Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and streamline the hiring process.

•

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

•

Leverage tools such as Kronos and PeopleSoft for efficient scheduling and management of recruitment activities.

•

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in technical recruiting, with a strong understanding of industry-specific roles.

•

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.

•

Experience with Kronos or PeopleSoft is preferred but not mandatory.

•

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

•

Strong relationship management skills to foster positive interactions with potential hires.

•

Ability to conduct thorough research for lead generation and candidate sourcing.

•

A background in sales or contract negotiation is a plus but not required.

•

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results.
