Job Summary:
CZT Energy USA, a leading manufacturer of solar tracking systems, is seeking a Recruiter to support our growing manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, familiar with applicant pipelines, and skilled in tracking candidate data. Experience recruiting in the manufacturing industry is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
•
Partner with hiring managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs
•
Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
•
Build and maintain a structured candidate pipeline for key manufacturing roles
•
Track recruitment activities using ATS or talent pool systems
•
Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
•
Stay informed on labor trends and hiring best practices
Requirements
•
2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing
•
Proficiency with talent pipeline tools
•
Strong organizational and communication skills
•
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
•
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
•
Must pass background and drug screening
Preferred:
•
Experience with ADP, Zoho Recruit, Breezy, or similar platforms
•
Knowledge of local hiring laws and compliance
