Regional Manager:
SureFire Sealers is growing and looking for talented individuals to join our team in Northern Colorado and Denver as a Regional Manager.

SureFire Sealers is a trusted specialist in concrete sealing, staining, patching, and epoxy flooring. We deliver high-quality results to our clients with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. We’re growing rapidly and looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team (1-2 employees) on the job-site and facilitate a smooth operation from start to payment received.
•
Operational Oversight: Coordinate day-to-day operations, including scheduling, organizing equipment, and ensuring timely delivery to job sites.
•
Customer Relations: Oversee the project lifecycle, from booking jobs to collecting accounts receivable. Maintain strong communication and a professional demeanor with customers.
•
Marketing & Business Development: Implement on-site marketing strategies, foster customer referrals, and contribute to business growth.
•
Hands-On Execution: Be directly involved in project work as needed to ensure high-quality results.
Qualifications:
•
Proven experience in team management, project coordination, or a similar role (preferably in a service-based or construction-related industry).
•
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
•
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with both employees and customers.
•
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to company growth.
•
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally to job sites.

Commission Structure: Threshold-style commission system to reward performance.

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.30 per mile driven for work purposes.
